One of our finest students has had a busy holiday period achieving great heights in multiple sports. In Early January 2025 Tim Donovan represented NSW U16 at the Australian Baseball Youth Championships (AYC) at Blacktown International Sports Park. The best teams from across the country played for a week, negotiating rain delays, heat and tough competition.

 

On the Australia Day long weekend, Tim Donovan competed in the National Titles Spiral Sailing Regatta, at Saratoga Sailing Club.

He ended up winning the Junior Champion trophy, after sailing the whole 9 race regatta in varying conditions.

 

Tim competes on Saturday afternoons at Concord and Ryde Sailing Club at Putney, in his Spiral. He also is an Assistant Instructor for the Learn to Sail courses held at the Club on Saturday morning.

 

We may need to find another other than Outstanding to describe Tim in the future. Well done!
