Dear Parents and Carers,
 

School Fees:

This is a reminder regarding school fee payments. We are now in the final three months of the payment period, and all fees are due by 15 November 2025. Please refer to your statement for your payment details and due date.

For those who pay by term, the August payment was due recently. Sydney Catholic Schools will be sending an updated statement in the first week of September.

You can make payments using the Bpay details found in the top right corner of your statement, or conveniently through the Compass Portal.

If you wish to change your payment frequency (weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly), please email the accounts department at accounts@hccryde.syd.edu.au with your name, your son's name, and your preferred frequency. Please note that choosing the quarterly option means three payments will be due: the first in Term 1, the second in Term 2, and the final payment in Term 3.

Building News:

We are aiming for the new Canteen space to be opened and ready for business on day one of Term 3. The new space is located behind the FLP on the Top Oval.

Parking, drop off and pick up:

We ask that when you are on site that you adhere to the no parking, no stopping and disabled only signs. These are in place to ensure the students safety when being dropped off or picked up. Please do not park or sit idle in front of any of the College gates or the dumpster as these are in frequent use by the College. The disabled only parking is for vehicles with a disabled sticker only.
